This is a great reference file for anyone trying to create these types of visual effects in Excel.
The text boxes and charts are all linked to data in the workbook and I've structured that data to make it easier for you to update with your own data.
In general I suggest using these as a design reference file first and foremost. Your data is likely not going to be in this exact structure, so you will probably need to do a fair amount of customization on your own.
