These are visual design examples built in Excel using shapes, images, text boxes, icons and charts. The data is not driven by a data model, so you will need to link these to data yourself (eg select your textbox, go to the formula bar and type a cell reference like =C2).
In general I suggest using these as a design reference file first and foremost. Your data is likely not going to be in this exact structure, so you will probably need to do a fair amount of customization on your own.
